Recruitment Officer SCOPE OF WORK: Search for potential candidates through various recruitment channels. Responsible for arranging and recruiting personnel to meet the staffing needs of the factory. Develop recruitment cost plans for factory employees. Complete data entry, store employee records, and guide new hires through the attendance tracking process. Submit a weekly HR fluctuation report to the department head every Thursday. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors. REQUIREMENTS: Aged 25 or older. Preference for candidates with experience in a similar position. Proficient in office computing.
