Recruitment Officer

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Search for potential candidates through various recruitment channels.

  • Responsible for arranging and recruiting personnel to meet the staffing needs of the factory.

  • Develop recruitment cost plans for factory employees.

  • Complete data entry, store employee records, and guide new hires through the attendance tracking process.

  • Submit a weekly HR fluctuation report to the department head every Thursday.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Aged 25 or older.

  • Preference for candidates with experience in a similar position.

  • Proficient in office computing.

  • Hardworking, diligent, highly disciplined, and able to handle work pressure.
