The working principle of the tunnel washing machine
After being sorted, the fabric will be moved to the belt conveyor and put into the washing tub through a giant metal tunnel. Here, the fabric will be divided into separate compartments. How these compartments work is similar to single washing machines so there will not be any mixing of chemicals or detergent between the compartments, ensuring maximum fabric safety. After washing, the fabric will be taken to a hydraulic press machine, removing the maximum amount of water, and forming fabrics into cubes. After the pressing process is finished, the cubes will be moved to the industrial dryer by a conveyor.
