SALES MANAGER

👉JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage sales team to achieve growth and sales goals.

- Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results.

- Research the market and competitors to come up with appropriate business strategies.

- Maintain, manage, classify customer lists and develop old and new customers.

- Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing the contract.

- Receive feedback from customers, partners and report to upper management for processing.

- Other tasks as assigned by upper management.

🔎REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor/College’s degree.

- Experience working as a Sales Manager or equivalent position for 1-2 years.

- Knowledge of the laundry industry is an advantage.

- Self-motivation, ability to plan and focus on achieving specific goals.

- Hard-working, progressive, good at listening, ability to build a spirit of solidarity and good teamwork.

- Ability to work under high pressure.
