SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER

👉 JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan roles, job functions in production departments and stages.

- Coordinate and proactively monitor the working process of workers, liaise with the factory's manager, supervisor to assign workers in handling goods.

- Establish resources and plan the human resources organization chart in the factory.

- Handle arising situations and incidents during the factory's production process.

- Participate directly in the worker recruitment process.

- Arrange and formalize optimal production processes in terms of personnel and equipment. 

- Coordinate with the factory's technical department to carry out maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment systems.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to plan production and check the quality of output products to meet Customer requirements.

- Consult the Board of Directors on new solutions to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce production costs.

- Report and other tasks as requested by upper management.

🔎REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor/College’s degree.

- Experience in factory production management or equivalent position.

- Knowledge of the laundry industry is an advantage.

- Management and personnel training skills.

- Hard-working, progressive, good at listening, ability to build a spirit of solidarity and good teamwork.

- Ability to work under high pressure.
